Below are a few goals and rules we have outlined that we believe well allow us to endeavor into the new expansion on a timely and successful manner. Goals and Requirements 1) Character Leveling - In this expansion the level cap is being increased by 10 levels as we are sure most of you know. a) We have set a deadline of 21 Days after the release of the expansion for any characters wishing to participate in raids. b) We also expect your character to have at least 220 AA points, and be speced properly for the best overall raid performance. 2) Masters and Adept3 - An entire new list of spells need to be upgraded a) All members wishing to participate in raids are required to have adept3 or better. Programs and Incentives Anyone completing the minium 90/220 Deadline in 14 days after the expansion release will recieve, a 50 Dkp bonus and 50 platnium reward. Masters Program: First let us say, no one in the guild is required to give up any masters they cant use into the guild or its members. I cant stress this enough, Masters are the single most important thing you can upgrade on your character. I urge you all to work together with the guild and its membership so that we are not having useful masters go outside the guild. Basic Rules Needed Master's won with other guildmates in group are not applicable. A member must be willing to pay dkp before it will be bought with dkp. NOTE: Any member caught trying to cheat the system will be considered grounds for immediate termination of membership at officers discretion. In Return, the Guild will provide the following help and benefits for people participating in the program. For every master turned in you will receive dkp, You will be charged dkp for every master you receive. 1) You will be eligible to receive Masters turned in by other members participating in the program. 2) You MAY be eligible to have the guild Purchase up to 100% of a critical master on a case by case scenario. 3) You will receive dkp credit for every master turned in, rates listed below. (Exceptions may be made, including for planned Vacations and Sick leave, at the discretion of the Officers) Absent or Tardy Members If you are absent without notice 1st Offense - Warning 2nd Offense - Negative 10 Dkp 3rd Offense - Negative 50 Dkp If you are late without notice 1st Offense - Warning , You will forfeit your privilege to loot for that night. 2nd Offense - Negative 3 DKP, You will forfeit your privilege to loot for that night. 3rd Offense - No Attendance for raid, You will forfeit your privilege to loot for that night. 4th and Beyond - No Attendance for raid, Negative 3 DKP, You will forfeit your privilege to loot for that night. LOOT LCN is a DKP-tracked Officer Award loot system. Every piece of equipment that drops during a raid will be awarded by the officers by tallying votes from them. Some of the criteria we consider will be explained below in order of importance. 1. Attendance \ DKP - Primary tool for officers to quickly discern Attendance and Win records. 2. Useability - How well the equipment serves the class, person, and purpose. Also, how well the person serves the equipment (Personal Performance) 3. Attitude - Sugar and Spice and everything nice. How well you serve the guild in non class performance. IE Helping others, Retrieving Masters for others, offering great ideas on raids, crafting, not abusing AFK breaks, etc. 4) Want - Every now and then a piece of loot will stand out above all else, and if officers have PRIOR notice this can play a small part. This being said, loot decisions are based on a myriad of criteria not just one. Don't think that just because you have the DKP over someone this will auto award you that loot. Loot Costs and Eligibilty Fabled DKP cost per item = 25 DKP To be eligible for loot, You must be "in attendance", "In attendance" - defined as any member that participates in a raid or shows up on time and is asked to sit out. Members must have at least 75% 30 day attendance record to be considered for loot multiple full members are in on. Tradable Loot and Eligibility All tradable loot is considered No Rot, and must fulfill a specific function to the member. All LCN members are able to purchase equipment from the vendor at 1/2 the price listed at any time. This includes master books. Master Books In the event of a master book dropping that more then 1 person needs in attendance, they may opt to pay DKP for the book. If still more then one person is in on the book, officers will award like normal equipment. Non-Main Loot and Eligibility Due to Sony being Sony, often times loot will drop that everyone has,a class cant use, sub-par, or undesirable. On items that drop and members in attendance do not wish to purchase the following will happen. 1st Toons designated Raid Alts will be eligible for the item at the normal Raid-Alt cost(15dkp), under Officer descretion. 2nd The equipment will be available to regular alts at the DKP cost of a normal item (25dkp). The Alt must be parked in adjacent zone to minimize down time to the raid. The decision to offer the loot to alts is discretionary and may not be offered in the interest of time. NOTE : Toons considered Normal\Raid Alt status, will be only be eligible for one item per night, unless no others are interested in the item. 3rd The item will be made availible to the server at large, in auction format. No LCN members are eligible to bid for there MAIN or RAID ALT status characters. 4th Item will be transmuted with the resulting materials going to the guild. Determining Raid\Normal Alt loot : The person who has the highest total DKP, will win the item. Unless that person has won something already that night. Adornments All Tier Fabled Adornments = 20 Dkp or Rank Scale All Tier Legendary Adornments = 10 dkp or Rank Scale |

LU 37 Update brings change to loot Distrubution (submitted by Sarg at 12:41am CDT) As LU 37 is live, all members attending raids will be required to loot and spend dkp for class specific drops if they do not have the item that drops. This is in response to the new loot table system in effect, The bosses that drop Legendary and Fabled armor-set pieces in Echoes of Faydwer are now aware of which set pieces characters in the group/raid currently possess. These bosses will only drop an armor-set piece that someone attending needs. As long as you have the item either equipped, in inventory, or bank, you are counted as "possessing" the item. Allowing people to continually pass on an item can cause the said item to continue to drop and reduce others chance at filling that slot which is counter productive to our goals. There is NO negotations on this matter, and considered a "Risk" when raiding. Sarg |
